3/24 Offering

I suppose this offering was inevitable, but I cannot understand why the company could not weight for the likely rise in the stock price following NTEA Work Truck Week, next week.

A six month chart shows that, with the exception of the week after Thanksgiving and two weeks of February 2024, REE stock was trading below the offering price of the current offering. It had been on a pretty sharp rise for the past month. The good news part of the offering is, assuming the company is doing sales at Work Truck Week, this allows them to show a better balance sheet to fleet managers. And, if Work Truck Week is a success, we should be back above $8 in no time. Still wish it hadn't happened, though.
